PLUGINS AND SOFTWARE LICENCES
Features may depend on third-party licences. Access may end if a service is cancelled, unless you purchase your own licence.
QUOTATIONS AND PROJECT SCOPE
Quotes are based on the requirements provided. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
EMAIL SERVICES AND CONTACT FORMS
Where included in your website, we may configure contact forms and relates integrations. Delivery of form notifications can be affected by third-party providers, hosting services and and spam filters.
PAYMENTS
Payment terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. Work may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.
WEBSITE SECURITY
We take reasonable precautions, but no website can be 100% secure. We are not liable for attacks or vulnerabilities outside our control.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
Deposits secure your project. If you cancel after work has begun, we may retain an amount for work completed and costs incurred.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Once paid in full, you may use the completed work. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licence terms.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate content, information and access required. Delays caused by missing information may affect timelines.
PORTFOLIO USE
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may showcase your project in our portfolio and marketing material.
WEBSITE DESIGN AND REVISIONS
We design according to the agreed scope. The number of revisions included will be stated in your quotation or package. Additional revisions or significant changes outside the scope may incur extra charges.
CLIENT CHANGES AFTER HANDOVER
We are not responsible for issues caused by changes made by you or a third party after handover.
WEBSITE CONTENT
Unless included in your package, you are responsible for providing text, images and materials. All content must be accurate and lawful.
PROJECT TIMESCALES
Dates are estimates unless agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to client actions, approvals or third parties
BUSINESS RESULTS
We do not guarantee specific business results, enquiries, leads, sales or revenue as a result of a website or Facebook Page we create.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
DOMAINS
You are responsible for your domain and renewals unless agreed otherwise. We are not liable for domain loss.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse or breach of the terms.
HOSTING
We aim for reliable hosting but cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors outside our control.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE & UPDATES
Unless included in a maintenance package, ongoing updates, backups and security are the client’s responsibility.

Where Facebook page creation is purchased, we will create and configure the Page according to the agreed scope. The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, images and other required content, Facebook/ Meta controls it’s platform, approvals, restrictions and availability, and we cannot guarantee Page visibility, reach, engagement or approval.
